Klaus Merten Smoker
While working at the Erzgebirge Toy Museum in Seiffen, Germany, Klaus Merten was inspired by the history and tradition of German smokers. In 1985, Merten turned that passion into his namesake company.
Using the smoker designs of Haustein as a template, Merten initially produced a couple dozen styles of German smoking men. Now, Merten boasts more than 100 varieties - all of which hold true to the traditions and methods pioneered over a century ago. Merten smokers feature signature designs with thin legs, long pipes and painted faces - the marks of quality and authenticity.
German smokers are some of the most beloved symbols of Christmas. Decorate your home with a piece of German heritage this year with Klaus Merten!
